Night And Day

When the Earth rotates on its axis, moreover this creates night and day. When the Earth is rotating on its axis, one half of the Earth is experiencing night and the other half is experiencing day. The reasoning behind how one side of the Earth is experiencing night is because that side is facing away from the Sun, on the other hand the half that is experiencing day is facing the sun.
